      Nowadays we spend a lot of our time at work. Usually we wake up at 7.00 and go to bed at 12.00. Our job starts from 10.00 till 19.00. But we have to add one hour to get to a (1) job. So from 9.00 till 20.00 we work. This is the common picture of every day workers in Moscow. That is why we have just 20%-30% free time accept sleeping. Many people say that they really live just in this 20-30% of free time. The only way to be proude that you live your life happy from the moment you wake up till the time you go to bed is to be happy all 24 hours. This mean that the job must be a satisfaction element of individual wellbeing. When you will feel the job complitly satisfy you, you will see good results from yourself (2). It means, that job satisfaction may give us a chance to receive twice better results from what you are doing.
      I think that it is impossible to find a job that is totaly sutisfy (3) you from the beginning till the end of a day. In every job you may find some plesant and unpleasant tasks or duties. The best way to be sutisfied your all job day is to love or find something good in those unpleasant duties.
     Several months before I saw the list of the most satisfied workers. It is very interesting, that on the first place were hairdressers (4), manicure assistance. On the last level were lawyers, policemen. The results showed that those people who receive from the job a lot of happy words of thank you are on the first place and they are the most satisfied. Those people that have to deal with negative information are most unsatisfied (5). Our word could hardly like without policemen or lawyers, so job satisfaction for all workers is more myth than reality. But everyone of us could make his or her oun contribute (6) in somebody's job satisfaction. It is easy (7). The only thing we should do is to say more words "thank you" to every one you (8) dealing with.

I think job satisfaction is very important element for me, it's not always necessary to have a big salary, but you always want to feel comfortable at your workplace.

The main factor is a good collective. It's very important to have friends at work, to have some people who can help you not only with your personsl troubles, but with difficult situations according with your tasks. In some situations you want to be sure that your colleagues can hold you. They can just say you a good word (1) or give some advice.

Also it's important for me to have work not so far from my home. I don't want to spend much time in transport.

Then it's very good when your workplace is big, light, clean, in __ (2) good business center. It's very comfortable when you have __ (2) choice where you can go to have lunch/dinner.

I work in the center of Moscow, and now I have used to pluses which I have. It doesn't take me much time to get from my home to the workplace (about 40 minutes). I have a lot of variants of places for going for dinner: it may be a restaurant or a cafe or I can just sit in the Alexandrovskiy garden. When I have free time in the evening me and my friends-colleagues can go to any bar we like (there are a lot of them).

Then it's very comfortable when a company can give you anything you need for your job tasks. My company can give an additional education, you don't have to pay for it.

As for me it's very important to have an opportunity to grow according with my proffession. If a company can't suggest me such opportunity I don't think I should spend much time there.

I'm young and that's why I would like to have some tasks for example abroad. In such way I can have an opportunity to communicate with international people (3) and see some other coutries. But only a little amount of companies can suggest it.

Such things as summer outgoings can give more satisfaction from work than salary (4).

It's my dream to have a good manager, who can take care of me (help me to grow, givegive some advice, see my efforts).

It's not realistic to expect satisfaction from job for all workers. All people are very different. Not all companies can suggest good conditions. (5).

Contemporary lifestyle of many people includes travelling: some go on business tours but some travel for pleasure.

It doesn't make any sense what is the purpose of your travelling, because the means of transport remain the same, only their availability changes.

Nowadays one of the most controversial topics of debates (1) is __ (2) availability of cheap air travel, due to which many people use planes instead of other possible means of transport what (3) leads to global warming.

From one viewpoint that is certainly true. It has already been scientifically proved that planes' emissions lead to greenhouse effect and global warming as well. The main problem is that sometimes travelling by train or by car along your own country is less convenient and because of cheap prices on air travel, you choose the  last means. The main danger is considerably hiden in national (4) flights but not international ones.

But (5) from the other side, all scientific predictions are usually more striking and shocking than the actual situation and reality are. More over, they (6) are usually too afraid of our environment and nature destraction that overestimate real danger and threaten publicity. Furthermore, it is just their work, the work of environmentalists, to announce something extraordinary, that we are usually under the risk of extinction, that our nature is on the brink of devastation and so on.

To sum up, I consider establishing fairly strict taxes on air travelling to be the most sensible way out. Such __ (2) method would reduce __ (2) desire of people to pay some extra money for flights and, at least in the boarders of their own country, they would prefer other methods of traveling, what would lead to the improvement of contemporary environmental situation.
